SMASH Burgers  on the Blackstone Griddle Recipe: See the full YouTube Video HERE I have to say that we REALLY enjoyed these!  I was cooking for a family of five here, you can adjust ingredient quantities to your needs.  You can do these many ways, here's what I did: Ingredients: 3 Lbs. Ground Beef 2 Thinly Sliced Onions 1 small package of Sliced Mushrooms Fresh Deli American Cheese slices BACON! Your favorite burger seasoning (I used Lawry's Garlic Salt) Directions: WASH YOUR HANDS FIRST! In an adequate bowl, add ground beef and seasoning, then mix gently but do NOT over mix!  You just want to get the seasoning mixed in.  Form meatballs approximately 1/4-1/3 pound each.  Preheat your griddle to low-med heat.  Cook your onions, mushrooms and bacon to your liking.  Once done, keep them warm while you cook the burgers.
